To take the time and buy produce, clean it, make juice, and clean
juicer, unless you drink juice FRESH, right from the juicer, (which you
should.....drink some fresh right out of juicer); if you make a lot, you
would want to keep some for later;......maybe even next day.....or 2?
So, to have some energy still in that "older" juice, it would seem
important that the way it is extracted NOT cause it to deteriorate very
quickly; ie: KEEP it from aging as MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Since we all
know centrifugal juicers blades rotate at 800-1,000-2,000 rotations per
minute, the juice from this form of extraction MUST BE DRUNK
IMMEDIATELY.....or else any juice left "over" for later is USELESS; ie:
all nutrients GONE. How? Cooked out of juice by friction of fast
rotating blade. The solution: get a SLOW rotating blade; Korean
juicers have very SLOW rotating blades; approx. 100 rpm. so juice can be
drunk a day or two later, with some energy still remaining.....
