Well one is based upon 28 grams, the other is based on 100 grams. So
they are going to differ.
It's not like we are ingesting liquid poison here it's wheatgrass
juice....it's not like we are going to DAMAGE our immune systems or
harm ourselves taking an ounce or two of wheatgrass juice or are
we??????
I've come to the conclusion there is a member among us trying to
scare us away from wheatgrass juice. I have a family member who has
been on it for 30+ years and they are nothing but healthy at 85yrs. I
think one would be harmed far more by drinking a can of soda a day
and we seem to overlook that, yet we get very scared when it comes to
one ounce of wheatgrass juice. If that's the case we better beware
of fresh fruits and veges too.
I won't publicly say who has sent me an e-mail about the possible
dangers of wheatgrass but if you are curious e-mail me and I'll share
the info I was sent and who sent it.
This group from what I can tell is all about the health and love of
growing wheatgrass not the pending doom of ingesting it. All things
grown in a natural state intended for human consumption (This
includes the juices from fruits and veges)can only benefit us.
Depending of course if you can't take the high sugar content of fresh
juiced grasses, fruits, or veges.
I'm just assuming Zulu1967 was just curious about WG juices
nutritionl info. Heck I was curious too. I think we got that info.
Great! Have a good weekend and enjoy your WG juice.
