My opinion - although the percentiles seem greater, they fail to mention the
living enzymes that are available in LIVE grass.

I take both, supplementing powder when I don't have grass. LIVE grass makes
me feel great, ALWAYS. Powered makes me feel normal.

Dried anything is never as good as fresh.

I found this comparison chart on the Pines website. They are comparing
their product to 1 OZ of fresh wheatgrass juice. It kind of gives you an
idea. I'm not sure how factual it is but who knows. Take care...Kim

Some wheatgrass grower, who advertised on the internet, claimed
there are insignificant amount Vitamin A and Vitamin C in his
wheatgrass juice... most of the research on wheatgrass indicates the
opposite..

i emailed this grower and he responded with the following:

"The analysis that we had done many years ago did not show
significant amounts of A or C. The sources that speak of high
amounts are not using their own research but rather anecdotal
evidence, that is word of mouth, wishful thinking, and mythology."


anyone have published info on the REAL nutritional content of
wheatgrass?
