I found this comparison chart on the Pines website. They are comparing their
product to 1 OZ of fresh wheatgrass juice. It kind of gives you an idea. I'm
not sure how factual it is but who knows. Take care...Kim

i emailed this grower and he responded with the following:

"The analysis that we had done many years ago did not show
significant amounts of A or C. The sources that speak of high
amounts are not using their own research but rather anecdotal
evidence, that is word of mouth, wishful thinking, and mythology."


anyone have published info on the REAL nutritional content of
wheatgrass?
