We are a Yoga community in Brazil and we
want to start juicing wheatgrass. As we
have a big farm, we are thinking about the
comercial use as well.

Does anybody has any knowledge on best juicers
for comercial use, how to store it (freezing,
bottles, etc) and how to powder it?

I have a contact with a company that builds
vaccum chambers, but they never developed one
that could dehydtrade juice into powder.
