I've got a machine identical to the Samson made by dongaoscar - a korean
maker. It was less expensive than the samson and yet was identical. I
suspect many machines are relabelled for different markets. I'm very happy
with the samson, using it for all other fruit/vegatable juicing aswell as
grass. I thought it might be difficult to clean but was pleasantly suprised.
The low speed really makes a difference to the oxidation of the juice
compared to common centrifugals. Although they may yield more juice per kg I
still think the quality of the gear juicers is worth the extra time/effort.
And I also find it a tad funny watching all the fibre eject out in a sausage
like quality from the machine - which makes great compost or bulking agent
for sauces.
cheers
