I have been juicing for over ten years and have found what works best
for me is putting the trays in the sink at an angle and pouring about
two cups of water in at the high end and letting it drain until all
excess water has run off. I also never water the blades, but pour the
water on the root mat. If you are home at mid-day you should also
shake the dew off the blades of grass.
