I juiced a 10X20 tray of hydrophonic grown wheatgrass. The taste is very mild.
To do this, you need three 10X20 trays. Drill small holes in one tray, line tray
bottom with unbleached paper towels. Soak/sprout one cup wheat berries, place
these berries in paper towel-lined tray after wetting down the paper towel in
pure water. Place this tray in another tray, and cover with your third tray and
let sit. The next day check the catch tray and place a 1/2 cup water if dry, do
this once a day....overwater = mold... Alternate with liquid kelp/molasses food.
This low-budget system works well....Good Luck!
