I've also read that Dr. Andrew Weil is skeptical on the benefits of wheatgrass.

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has heard of this man from the raw food movement and
his controversial views on Wheatgrass.
I was quite shocked as i have only read good things about it.
The link is below, please have a read and what do you think.
Regards Clare.

Clare,
Just thought I would put in my edit. Most people don't just
read about wheatgrass juice and then start drinking it. Many
try it for the first time at a juice bar and they feel more
energetic that day than they have felt in a long long time.
Thus, they become spokesmen for wheatgrass juice. There is no
raw veggie, no raw fruit, nothing that I have ever tried (and I have
tried many many different products) that gives the all day
energetic buzz of wheatgrass juice. Wheatgrass juice speaks for
itself. It doesn't need frederic patenaude to speak for or
against it.
kind regards,
kk fowlkes
