The watering is a fine line........I leave a small oscillating fan on during the
day, standing water invites mold & fungus! (I'm a greenskeeper) I water when I
get home in the PM.

Hmm..I was considering putting some of the trays near my window sill in the
bedroom but I haven't done so yet. I've had a spider plant in my room in the
past and had to take it out because of gnats. I guess its a catch-22 as I've
heard that you don't want the seeds or soil to dry out when growing wheatgrass.
