I use a Hurricane manual juicer, it foams like my electric lexen, which, by the
way is useless! I found my blender is inefficient for juicing wheatgrass, so is
my juiceman jr. Just my 2 cents.......

I'd be interested in hearing about this.? I haven't purchased a juicer yet and
am not sure it would be worth my while.? I often feel like Cliff Huxtable of the
Cosby show when it comes to kitchen appliances.

Subject: [wheatgrass] blender or juicer?
Hi Everyone!
I just joined today and I am happy to be a member of the wheatgrass community.
Just a little about me...I bought ann wigmore's book, "The Wheatgrass Book" and
started growing about 2 months ago. It was easier than anticipated but I don't
consider myself an expert, although, it would seem that many years would make
you as such. This is not rocket science. This weekend I am going to start my
first cleanse using wheatgrass.
So, from the title of my post I am wondering if there really is any difference
in whether you use a blender or wheatgrass juicer to juice your grass? I have
heard that you can get much more juice from the pulp if strained
thru a nylon bag after using a blender and the clean up is a snap but someone
told me that it affects the nutrients of the grass and that its much more
beneficial to use the wheatgrass juicer.
What say you?
Tom
