I've got a pretty heavy duty blender and I may try it this weekend just to see.
When I buy my wheatgrass juice from the health food store - I notice the "left
over" grass is to the side - so I am assuming I am only drinking juice no "green
matter".? So is it not beneficial that way?? This is my note in reference to the
poster who said consume it all.

Thanks for that jerry. I have both a juicer but not a very good one and I have a
strong blender. To quote the individual who didn't think using a blender was a
good idea, actually his info was third party, but he said that the centrifugal
force of the blender breaks down the atomic structure of the grass. I didn't
know either way, I just know that juicing in general is a major chore in clean
up whether its veggies or fruits. The blender is more my preference.

abundance of the specific protein upon which the enzyme acts and pH of the
substrate.?

and consume the entire thing.? The amount of heat is negligible, afterall when
ingested the wheat grass is in a warm environment of at least 98.6!

Just a little about me...I bought ann wigmore's book, "The Wheatgrass Book" and
started growing about 2 months ago. It was easier than anticipated but I don't
consider myself an expert, although, it would seem that many years would make
you as such. This is not rocket science. This weekend I am going to start my
first cleanse using wheatgrass.

in whether you use a blender or wheatgrass juicer to juice your grass? I have
heard that you can get much more juice from the pulp if strained

told me that it affects the nutrients of the grass and that its much more
beneficial to use the wheatgrass juicer.
