I always said I would tape record or video tape him...never got the chance he is sitting in jail for 7 days now..calling to get bailed out..I was told to go to the DA and drop charges and have him agree to go to a 90 day rehaband get evaluated so we can then place him where he belongs..so I guess that is what I am going to do in am...unless any one has a better idea..

I agree that videotaping may help him understand. But also, he may be past the point of being able to understand what he is doing and may see the tape and just say "no that's not me". He may be so far gone that he is unable to get through this denial. But the tape may also be useful in other ways with a doctor or someone like that. You never know.
