Alcoholic Neuropathy & My father

Hello I was hoping to find some answers, I am looking all over the
internet in hopes of helping my dad. He is the retired firefighter,
who has rsd and Alcoholic Neuropathy & wks, some of you may be
familiar with him, we write sometimes. I took him camping this
weekendto get him away, to see the hill country and nature and hope
he would enjoy new surroundings, I learned that he was more scared
not knowing where he was and understanding it. Finally he enjoyed
somewhat, I did find his vodka and pored water in it. He gets dizzy
and looses his balance quick and can fall, so he did this today and
he tightened up and his eyes rolled back and we got him before he
fell and into the car safely. I explained to him, his alcohol abuse
has taken its toll and the Alcoholic Neuropathy is destroying him, I
know he wont stop drinking ever, that is hopeless and endless for him
to do, so I am hopeing that thereis a supplement or something he can
take to help him, and was that a seizure a mini one? Or just sypmtoms
of his Neuropathy? I know there has to be others out there who
experience this and know whats next to expect? My dad knows no other
way, he is so kind and loving and helps others but cant help
himslef..how can I help him help himself? or should I just give up? I
know he wont be here long, but while he is here I want him
comfortable and safe. any advice or opinions will be greatly
apreciated. Thank you so much Sunni
