That's great Chella. Keep pluggin away, I should think they will eventually come around even if it takes the full year. My mother is fortunate in that my Dad left her with enough money, (I hope) to last her lifetime. So luckily my task isn't to find money but to preserve it because her lifetime could be 30 years. I may be looking to you for advice if and when we run out. I agree with Nora that an anti depresssant may be just what your Mom needs. At this point my mother has not needed one, but I on the other hand was crying at the drop of a hat. Didn't even think about why until my doctor at a regular check up asked me how I was and I burst into tears. That was about 2 years ago and with the help of medication I can honestly say doing well when someone asks me that question.
My mother's memory loss is such that she pretty much thinks I am there everyday so I am spared the guilt when I miss a visit.
Hang in there and keep after the judge!
