This presentation will be a discussion of metabolism and how it relates to other systems in the body as well as how it affects our energy level and life long weight control.

Catherine Skepetaris is a Wellness Coach and Coordinator with a BSci. degree in Health Education and a minor in Biology from CSUN in Los Angeles, California.  Before moving to Greece she worked for 10 years in the skincare industry in training and sales for major companies such as Shiseido, Christian Dior, Darphin and the International Dermal Institute.  Currently, she promotes wellness education through the Wellness Connection, Herbalife International and the Zedclub, an educational subdivision the Ziridis private school.  She is also the point of contact for the International Baccalaureate Program, a two year college prep program for highschool students at Ziridis.

The Wellness Connection is a group of professionals dedicated to the pursuit of wellness in their professional and personal lives.  A monthly presentation will be held highlighting a practitioner’s area of expertise while other wellness caregivers will be on hand with information about who they are and what they do.  Anyone wishing to join the group is most welcome. The Wellness Connection is compiling a database of wellness practitioners as a networking service to the greater Athens community.
