Geraldine Biencourt, native French cook offering cooking course.  All the French specialities. Beginning early October.

The course will consist of 4 meetings over a month period, each meeting consisting  of the cooking lesson, complete with all of the traditional techniques, and information about the food and spices of the day including vitamins, mineral elements, and historical and cultural origins. Each day will begin with discussions over coffee and end with a tasting of the day’s cooking with wine.
