We will explore the cyclical rhythm of women’s fertility and study a myth on women’s ecology.

About the instructor: Yvette Nahmia-Messina is a Reiki Master and Grinberg method therapist. She has a BA in Psychology from the American College of Greece and a Masters in Jewish Civilization from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Over the last eight years she has formed and led women support groups and has lectured on women’s and personal growth themes. Yvette lives in Aegina with her husband Elias and her three daughters.
