Dear Catherine,

I have returned from my travels and finally had time to read the interesting information in the various digests you have send out. Thanks.

I am also preparing another workshop the way our feelings interconnect (i.e aggression-fear-sadness-love) and how that feeling chain effects our behaviour and our health. In the workshop we explore the difference between biological and psychological fears and ways to recognise and connect to our full potential.
As tools  I use inter-active processes and some simple breathing techniques.
