Subject: Ashtanga Yoga Demonstration at Stadio Eirinis kai Filias

Hello and Kalo Mhna!


This weekend there will be a yoga conference at the Peace and Friendship Stadium
(Eirinis kai Filias) and on sunday December 3rd at 2.30pm I will be
taking part in a Ashtanga Yoga Demonstration with my teacher showing
the visitors what Ashtanga Yoga is all about!
The events will run from today friday December 1st till December 3rd on sunday.
it would be great to see you all there and cheer on a fellow yogi!

and studios being featured!
