I created this list as a way for fellow gym rats
to ask questions and share information on our
sport/hobby. It will provide quicker answers and hopefully
create some good dialog among the weight lifting and body building community. If
you are into lifting weight in any capacity or thinking about starting, please join us.
The more people we have, the better the list will be. Note, this list is for natural weight lifters
and bodybuildiers, meaning there is to be no talk or steroids or steroid useage on the
list. There are plenty of other sources where one can get that kind of information.
If you can live with that, please feel free to join in. I try to keep a tight reign on the group
and very seldom let thing get out of hand. You can feel safe here and not worry about getting flamed. It
may happen once but I will do all in my power to make sure it does not happen a second time.
