Welcome to the Memphis, Tennessee chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation! This group is for individuals in the Memphis metropolitan area who are interested in providing high-quality, nutrient-dense foods for themselves and their families. Our group supports the research of Dr. Weston A. Price, a dentist who set out to travel the globe in search of the true cause of tooth decay and subsequently unearthed the cause of modern, degenerative disease. Again and again, Dr. Price found that those with healthy bodies and healthy teeth did not partake of the processed food of the "civilized," but rather ate traditionally prepared whole foods that had not been stripped of their nutrients and fat.

We also recognize the work of Sally Fallon, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), whose cookbook, Nourishing Traditions, has a wealth of information on how to properly prepare traditional high-quality, nutrient dense foods.

We encourage you to trade items, exchange recipes and offer each other help. We have potlucks, movie nights and a book club to meet and encourage each other as we change our health for the better. So come join us and enjoy the food God intended us to eat!
