Description

Welcome to VT patients support!

This group is a support for patients with ventricular tachycardia issues, with or without an ICD. The purpose is to offer support and guidance for those who may have difficulty navigating their care and not know where to turn for help.

I am a nurse practitioner who went through a six month ordeal with ventricular tachycardia that was eventually found to be caused by an ICD lead. I found the person who helped me through the internet and I want to help others to get the help they need.

Hi and welcome. Sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately you can have VT with a structurally normal heart. The Bystolic should help somewhat..

went to the hospital to have a heart cath done, because of a sudden irregular beating of my heart and while at the hosp. waiting for this they said i had a 21

I am having the loop fitted tomorrow. I have got an appointment with the EP in September so am now thinking thay maybe I could have a 30 day holter monitor

Well remember a cadiologist is a heart specialist and they do treat arrythmias too.. When are you getting the loop recorder? Sent from my iPod
