Just a quick reminder that the VPTA Annual Conference is just around
the corner on October 20-22 in Reston, Virginia. We will be electing
people into the following VPTA positions during the conference:

1. Vice-President
2. Treasurer
3. VA Delegates
4. Delegate-Elect
5. Representative to the PTA Caucus
6. Nominating Committee Chairs for: Northern District, Central,
and Tidewater.

I am also soliciting nominations for the Beb Cash (clinical practice
award) and Scott Sullivan (service/leadership award) Awards to be
announced at conference. More information about these awards can be
found on the VPTA website at www.vpta.org. If you are interested in
running for a VPTA office, please fill out the Candidate Bio form.
If you would like to nominate someone for an award, please fill out
the Nomination Form found on the VPTA website home page. All forms
should be emailed to juliarice@... and mmariano@... by
