hey dude... try to get on here whenever you can! some of us cant even
access the meetings, but use these boards for our recovery instead. as
for patches and pills, FUCK THEM! excuse the pig latin, but the most
valuable way to become smoke free is to just quit. today IS your quit
day. why push it off? dont let your fear of letting go of your old
friend (ciggie) stop you from quitting TODAY.
