Hi Ann; so happy for you that you made it thro
that nasty day. you
know I often find that when I’m going thro those sort of days I have to
do the same thing. kind
of cave in, do some crying and then dry my eyes and get on with lifeJ…..
tears are such a great thing in my books, the relieve
lots of pressure for me. anyway…you did everything just right and made it
thro. And a huge hug on those 45 days

[voicesofnicotinerecovery] I MADE IT ONE MORE DAY
Ann here, nicotine addict.
Thank you so much for all of your support
yesterday. I absolutely
thought that I was going out of my mind, the
cravings were coming and
going and were sooooo bad. Grace, Roz,
Paige, and everyone that
posted and my HP whom I choose to call God,
I literaly just broke
down in the shower and sat there and cryed my eyes
out that please
help me not to smoke today, I need your help God
and the tears were
just rolling and rolling and rolling, and he heard
me and I made it
one more day. Then I got back on the
computer with the capacino that
I went and bought for myself and enjoyed that and
stayed on here with
y'all and kept on reading the posts over and over
and then I went to
bed. Today I am working on day 45 and am not
feeling quite as
miserable as I was yesterday. Feeling a
little more calm and not
having those aweful cravings like I had yesterday.
Thank you all again for being here for me.
Thanks you all for listening.
Hugs,
Ann
