The World Wide Essence Society is happy to offer online essence
classes starting April 1st. Taught by Vibration Co-Editors,
Donna Cunningham, MSW and Deborah Bier, M.Ed, details of the first
class are below. This will be a small, intimate class so space

Essence Foundation
April 1, 8, 15, 22 -- 9 to 10:30 PM (Eastern Time); 6 to
7:30 PM (Paciffic Time)
Perhaps essences are brand new to you or maybe you've been
using them for a while now. But do you know their history? How they're
made, tested, chosen, or given in dosage form? This 4-session online
class with the editors of Vibration Magazine will give you a firm
foundation in essence use. Learn ways to choose the best essences for
yourself and your loved ones. Appropriate for essence
consumers. Fee: $100 for the series of four

Class Format --
- Students will be given online reading to prepare for
class.
- Each student will be asked to select a personal issue of their
own to address using essences during the class. Students will briefly
document the "project" and its progress over the weeks of
the class, reporting on their changes to the class if they choose
to.
- Confidentiality will be strictly respected during the class and
students may conceal their identity for privacy's sake.
- Classes will be a combination of discussion and presentations
by the instructors and students.

Initial basics of essences will be covered
We'll explore essence choices for students' use - 2 volunteers to
discuss their personal "project"
Students should start using their selected essence before the
next class.
April 8
Overview of essence selection tools and methods
How and why essence companies differ - how to take advantage of
these differences
Exploring the healing process
Two volunteers will report on their selected essence and any
progress on their personal "project"
April 15
The healing crisis or healing reaction
Who shouldn't use essences ("contraindications")
Selecting the right essence among many choices appropriate for a
single issue ("differential diagnosis")
Two volunteers will report on their selected essence and any
progress on their personal "project"
April 22
Creating essence blends, using an essence toner
Mixing essences with other modalities
Essence ethics when treating others
Two volunteers will give their final report on their selected
essence and any progress on their personal "project"
