Logon to your 'Yahoo account' ->
Click on 'Groups' -->
Click on 'Vegetarianvision' -->
Once you are in our group -->
Click on 'Database' section on left menu bars -->
You will see two database folders -->

Whenever you have a reciepe, please add those in to that section. Please
do not send an email to the group.

As many members are busy, and their email boxes will be bombarded with
unwanted mails and they sometimes leave the group.

We want to use this group as very reasonable and responsible way, to
communicate with everyone when it is necessary.

When there is any event etc. we can send those notices as 'Special
Notices' so even if you have selected 'no email' option, you will not
miss those emails from secretary or moderator.
