This is an online group for patients and families of patients who have had or are waiting for a heart transplant and receive their care at Vanderbilt. It is a place to talk to other recipients and their family members and receive support. This is a voluntary group. It is a place to share experiences and feelings about living with a transplant. It is your choice to share as much or as little as you want with other recipients.

VUMC staff and providers cannot participate in this group. Patients, families, or caregivers cannot communicate with Vanderbilt staff or faculty through this group. Medical advice cannot be offered through this group. Vanderbilt cannot protect the confidentiality or security of any information shared on this site and the information is not considered part of the Vanderbilt medical record for the recipient.
