I don't know if this could be figured out. All I do is try to avoid the object and if I can't, I try to hide my fear and get away ASAP.

now that i think about it I am also afraid of planes close to the grounds. A guy I was dating thought it was romantic to take me to the run-way but I was freaking out because I was so close to the huge plane. That relationship was over quick. :(
