i have a large phobia of shadows of hands, especially if they're big.
I have no idea why, but i only noticed this when i reached across my
lamp to pick up a book at night, and the lamp cast a shadow of my hand
on the wall, which frightened me. if anyone could explain this in any
way and help me overcome it that would be great.
