Hello Eveybody...

This is becoming an embarrasing topic for me. Im a 33 years old
female ad im scared to death by LIZARDS.
Where you can find them anywhere in or out places.
I hate them with all my heart and i think lately the last 2 to 3
years has being worse about it.
Im scared to do things in the house if i want to clean for example my
closet ot the bookshell i wouldnt do it cause i know for sure there i
can see them. I had plants in my living room and i had to put them
out cause they were camuflaged on it. So id rather let my plants die,
before watering them.
Another example could be that for example where i live i have to go
thought some stairs like 2 floors and since i have seeing them in the
way and theres no way i can jump to, i sometimes or most of the time
prefe to stay home cause i just imaging the panic of going down or
coming up and meet this animals.
I can see them huge and they are not really.
My friends laugh at me because of this, but is not a comfortable
feeling.
Im terrifid for this animals and everything that look like them.
Actually i think the fear for the lizards is since i was a kid when i
used to be scared of snakes even in pictures and my brothers used to
open up books for me to find anywhere whit a big snake picture on it.
It was traumatic i think. So since is not very commmon to find a
snake in the way, i have replace them with: LIZARDS, iguanas, and
torttlus that have the same face as a snake.

Please help with this if you know something about it...
