I'm so glad im not alone i'm from the uk and I also have a fear of
loud noises especially with ballons and party poppers I have been
for consuelling before but it only worked a tiny bit I do wish I
could not have this phobia as it disrupts me doing things with
family and friends at my cousions wedding everyone had party poppers
and I had to hide till they had all been popped I also don't go to
see plays or shows in case theres any explosions I am definatly
gonan try ear plugs Ive used them headphones that people use when
working on buliding sites and stuff and they were really effective
but you can't exactly wear them all the time you'd draw too much
attention to yourself obv..
