Does anyone else in the world have a phobia of lawn sprinklers? As a
child I had to cross a large field to get to school and if the
sprinklers were on I would wait until they went off, often an hour's
wait, to go to school. The higher the water pressure, the worse my
fear. The sprinklers that shoot up high in the air especially
frighten me and I would worry that after crossing the field that
these types of sprinklers would come on and the jets of water would
chase me. Ironically, automatic car washes don't bother me, just
lawn sprinklers. I am also terrified of balloons. Does anyone have
experience with this?
