Don't worry. Flying with a hernia is OK - I have done this many times.......

Good luck with the op! I need one as well - but keep putting it off :(

I've just got back (an hour ago) from a trip to Puerto Rico via Newark in New Jersey. Heathrow to Newark was 7 hours, a 4 hour lay over then another 4 hour...
