Hi Tracy,
Unfortunately I really have no good advise to give you.I had to have my relocated last year,my doctor moved it down just a little beneath where the original was.I had a huge hernia at the site and that was the cause.Have you tried changin your brand of appliance? That really helped me There are several web sites that offer samples and I got a bunch of different one and finally found a couple that work, problem was it was only a temporary fix.Give it a try
Wishing you good luck  I know how frustrating it is,but keep trying if you would like write me and I can look up the different sites I tried!!

Subject: [UK Ostomy Support ] Help!!

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone out there has a solution for a retracted
urostomy. Was at my Consultant the other day who has said he is really
not keen to operate to refashion my urostomy as I have an ileostomy at
the other side and because of adhesions and scars it would be a really
problem to find a suitable site to move it too. I have tried nearly
every convexity bags, paste, washers, belts(they get in the way of my
ileostomy)and feel completely stuck now. I am having to change my bag
ever 4/5 hours. Any tips would be greatfully recieved.

Thanks Tracy x
