Be wary of gulping back the fluids to replace what you are losing. If
you drink too much too fast it just washes through your system and
makes matters worse. Sip fluids, preferably isotonic sports drinks. Try
some Imodium to see if it slows things down enough to help you absorb
the fluids. But I agree, go see your SCN. It's probably just a stomach
bug and will pass over time.
