George, I think it is all down to how close the surgeon comes to the
nerves, if he goes too far then there will be problems. I had mine
done 8 years ago on Thursday and I am one of the lucky ones with no
errectile disfunction. I was not aware that there could be a problem
until after my surgery not before. Hope everything goes OK for you.
