Many thanks for you e-mail. It's bad enough to have to face the op and future ahead but not knowing things makes it even worse. The idea of a life without sex seems intolerable.

I was born in the U.K but for the last 20 years I have lived in Spain. The questions I ask over here never seem to get answered.
