I have had my entire colon and anal canal removed some 4 years ago

I have trouble getting and keeping an erection but with the help of
medication it has improved still not brilliant. This medication is free
under the NHS.

But I have heard of other people with no trouble whatsoever

So I suppose it depends on the damage done during the OP I had some
complications so maybe I'm a bad example
