I found the hole cutter on Nu-Hope.com and will be ordering it. It
should make life a lot easier. I use to get them pre-cut but the new
manufacturer I'm with didn't know how to handle it when I asked them
to make the hole larger. It turned into a real drama. This will be a
lot easier for me.
