I have an ileostomy and have used the Nu-hope stoma hole cutter for several
years now. I used to have to cut them and be very frustrated since I have
arthritis and no two were ever the same size.

I can't buy pre-cut because my stoma is not perfectly round. My stoma hole
cutter is special order sized to fit my stoma area. (sort of an oval shape.)

I love the ease of it - but be careful... the cutting area is VERY SHARP.
