High folks I thought I would have a look on this site I'm glad that
it is still going well done Stewy, and that people are still
learning from each other.
Just thought I would remind you all that there is life with a Stoma,
in that me and mine did the Great North Run in Newcastle, England.In
September.
The Run is a half marathon, 13 miles 192 yards, have built up to it
from springtime.
Running with 47,000 people is magic and to come in in 2h 36m was
amazing with 20,000 people after me brill.

Also I am flying to Corfu for a little Autumn sun looking forward to
swimming in the sea.


There is life with a Stoma
