Hi
I Irrigate and have done so for just under two years, it suits me
most of the time, any exess of food, booze or execise will affect
the flow, normally I'm a Monday Wednesday and Friday person,
occaisionally I have to irrigate on a Thursday! ?
Generally at weekends I will irrigate after 24 hours, om either the
Sat or Sun depending what I am doing.
I don't sing in the bathroom but I do read and now have a 40
minute /2 chapter slot (I reckon I don't need that time, but it's my
quality time with me)
If you visit the British Colostomy Association site they have a lot
of non
technical stuff and information on there.
I think that you do need to have medical permission as everyone is
not suited.
I will be happy to give further info if needed,
Hope this helps
