For the minority of us who have a herniated colostomy, even post-
operative repair, here is a suggested topic.

What do you do in terms of finding a way to get physically fit, even
with one of these? Is it yoga ( my hema/onc rep looks a littel
squeamish right now), is it in the gym with supervised usage, is it in
just simple walking/weight control?

Also, what new foods or dishes have you experimented and found to be
quite rewarding?

And lastly, since some of us who are in this together with everyone
else, are Pagan, any contacts with others who share our beliefs?

NOTE** Humanity has always had a belief in something, even to believe
there is nothing. So, I know I am entering a minefield here, but mind
you, I'm asking openly of other Pagans, and am not soliciting e-mail
flames from anyone who thinks poorly of my beliefs. Thank you ****
