Hello,

Thought I would let you all know I am still alive and kicking. I
have been sick again. The doctor here in Texas changed my meds and
I had a confrontation with another person and have lost about 2 to 3
years of my memories again. I am struggling to remember a lot of
things. The doctor said that between the med change and the stress
happening I didn't handle things well. I am still having problems
with major headaches hitting the right side of my head like stabbing
knives. I think they are probably migraines.

We will be leaving and returning to Missouri next week. As I cannot
get medical help here at all. In Missouri, I can get help with my
meds.

I am staying clean approaching 8 months on Sept. 7. I wake up
breathing in and out each morning. Everything else God gives me is a
bonus.

I will try to check in from time to time to let you know how I am
doing.
