Triangle R.O.C.K. is for Raising Our Celiac Kids. It's a local support group, and email list that aims to provide information and support for parents of children with Celiac Disease or following a gluten free diet for any reason.

The goal of this list is to help facilitate communication with list members and organize meetings and events. Another goal is the disemination of information such as recipes, studies, general information and product listings.

I hope this will be a resource for everyone and everyone is welcome to post and share as much as they like.
