Re: [tranzworks] BRAINWAVES, ENTRAINMENT AND BIOFEEDBACK

1. Maaf, ini pertanyaan iseng. Kenapa empat golongan
gelombang otak berlambang beta, alpha, theta and
delta, padahal urutan abjad kan mulai dari alpha, lalu
beta, gamma, delta, dan seterusnya?

2. "Teaching such individuals (ADD/ADHD) how to
produce more beta waves and remain in beta state,
through neurofeedback and/or brainwave entrainment has
alleviated the problem for many."
--> Bisa nggak diuraikan sedikit teknik "...to produce
more beta waves and remain in beta state"

Terima kasih,
Tutut
