Human Resource Manager

with the requirements as follows:

a. Male/Female, maximum 45 years old.
b. Should have competency and strength in:
   - HR Concept and Planning
   - HR Administration & Payroll
   - Organization Development
   - interpersonal skills (influencing, negotiating, presentation)
   - Industrial Relation & Community Development

c. Having a good management skill and communication
d. S-2 degree (law, social science, psychology, management) will be advantage
e. Min. 10 year experience in all HR areas which is min. 5 years experience on Managerial level (expertise in Training Development,

   Industrial Relations, Reward Management, Performance Mgmt, Recruitment)
f. Understand Indonesian Labor regulations
g. Able to communicate in English

h. Able to work using Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
