This is a professional group for trans-identified mental-health clinicians and theorists: social workers, therapists, psychoanalysts, psychologists, substance abuse counselors, etc. *The group is also open to other trans-identified social scientists who are researching, writing, and publishing specifically about trans experiences and phenomena. *Trans students in mental health and relevant social sciences are also invited to join.

*At this time, we are a trans-only space.* All members self-identify along the transgender spectrum; i.e., transman, transwoman, genderqueer, trans-amorous, intersex, etc.

Members can network, share information and referrals, post papers in the Files section, announce calls for papers, and get general peer support. Topics of discussion might include: self-disclosure to clients, working with trans and non-trans clients, countertransference, working stealth, unique strengths of being a trans clinician, writing and publishing as a trans clinician/theorist.
